摘要
中小企业集群竞争力对一个地区乃至国家的发展至关重要。有效评价中小企业集群竞争力的强弱,进而找到制约其竞争力的核心因素,从而采取针对性的解决措施,是发展中小企业集群的必经之路。对影响中小企业集群竞争力的核心因素进行分析,建立评价指标体系,运用AHP法对评价的各指标测算权重进行一致性检验,进而得到一个完整的中小企业集群竞争力评价指标体系。以青岛市中小企业集群为例进行验证分析,可为各地中小企业集群竞争力的进一步研究提供方法依据。
The competitiveness of SME clusters has played an important role in the development of region and country. The only way for the development of SME clusters is to evaluate the strength of the competitiveness of SME clusters effectively, find the core factors of competitiveness constraints, and take appropriate measures against problems. This paper analyses the core of factors affecting the competitivieness of SME clusters, proposes a reasonable evaluation index system for the competitiveness of SME dusters, and makes a consistency check on the weight of each index and tests by AHP method, and gets a complete evaluation index system of the competitiveness of SME clusters. In the end, the paper makes a verification analysis on the SME clusters of Qingdao, which offers the method and basis for other SME clusters to research competitiveness further.
