摘要
目的探讨大肠侧向发育型肿瘤(laterally spreading tumor,LST)的内镜下诊断及治疗。方法对我中心2008年11月～2010年12月常规内镜检查发现的12例LST行染色内镜、超声内镜及共聚焦内镜检查,对所有LST均采用内镜下黏膜剥离术(endoscopic submucosal dissection,ESD)治疗。结果本组均治疗成功,无穿孔、出血等并发症。术后3个月～1年复查无复发。结论采用ESD治疗LST效果较好,且安全性高。
Objective To discuss the diagnosis and treatment of laterally spreading tumor（LST） under endoscopy.Methods 12 cases of LST diagnosed in our center during November 2008 and December 2010 underwent dyeing endoscopy,endoscopy ultrasonography and confocal endoscopy.All the patients with LST were treated with endoscopic submucosal dissection（ESD）.Results All the patients were treated successfully with no perforation or bleeding complications.No recurrence was found in the 3-month to 1-year postoperative review.Conclusion It is safe and effective to use ESD in the treatment of LST.
