摘要
针对高压、超高压直流塑料电力电缆中存在的空间电荷效应,以强极性材料BaTiO3 作填料,用电声脉冲法装置,详细研究了填料含量对聚乙烯试样中空间电荷分布的影响,讨论了空间电荷的形成和抑制机理.试验结果表明:当BaTiO3 质量分数为1 % 左右时,聚乙烯中空间电荷几乎可完全清除,提高了聚乙烯的直流短路击穿电场强度,根据直流预压电压的极性,其提高率在12 % ~16 %之间,略微提高了试样的正负极性的直流击穿电场强度.
Space charge effect is undesirable for HV and EHV DC plastic power cable lines. Using BaTiO 3 as filler, space charge distribution in polyethylene is investigated by application of the electro acoustic pulse method. When the content of BaTiO 3 is 1%, the space charge becomes negligible. The breakdown strength of short circuit after DC prestress increases by 12%~16%, depending on the polarity of the DC voltage. The BaTiO 3 also increases slightly while the DC breakdown strength both positive and negative polarities in samples. Discussed are the formation and inhibition mechanisms of space charges.
