摘要
对双燃料发动机中气体燃料供给系统的进气方式、过量空气系数、引燃油量、运行负荷等影响发动机THC排放的规律作了深入的探讨,发现支管混合器进气方式与总管进气方式在影响发动机碳氢排放方面存在很大的差别.实验证明,气体燃料支管混合器方案应用于气门重叠角较大的双燃料发动机中,能抑制气体燃料参与扫气,促进气体燃料与空气的均匀混合,从而有效地降低了发动机尾气中的碳氢排放量.
Existing dual fuel conversions suffer from increases in total hydrocarbon emission (THC) at idle and light loads. Experiments are conducted to study design of gas fuel supply, air fuel ratio, pilot fuel quantity and engine load. It is found that there exists an apparent difference in total hydrocarbon emission characteristics for different ways of fuelling gaseous fuel from intake manifold and main intake pipe. A new manifold branch mixer is designed. It damps the gaseous fuel that blows through the diesel engine cylinder, thus provides substantial overlap angle and improves air fuel mixing. As a result, THC emissions are decreased at light load in dual fuel engine.
