摘要
主体间性突破了认识论哲学的主体—客体的二分困境,强调了主体—主体之间在实践基础上的交互相关性。主体间性具有平等性、对话性、交往性的本质特征,其对政府主体—行政相对体主体之间所生发的行政关系具有启示意义,开启了行政关系的民主维度、开放维度、和谐维度。
The theory of inter-subjectivity broke the plight ot eplstemological philosophy ,which emphasizes the interactive relevance of subject-subject on practice. The theory of inter-subjectivity has the essential characteristics of equality, dialogue,exchanges, which has enlightenment for administrative relations between the government subject and administrative relative subject and democratic dimension, open dimension, harmony dimension of administrative relations.
