摘要
针对铁水包耳轴特点,采用Solidworks软件建立三维实体模型,借助Solidworks软件COSMOS Xpress模块进行静力数值模拟。通过比较不同设计方式不同材质耳轴的分析结果,确定出耳轴最佳改造设计方案。
Aiming at the characteristics of ladle trunnion, the 3D solid model was built by using Solidworks software, and the static numerical simulation was carried out by means of COSMOSXpress module in Solidworks software. and different material, Through comparing the analysis results of the trunnions with different design ways the optimum reconstruction design scheme was determined.
