开孔钢板连接件承载力的非线性有限元分析

Non-linear finite element analysis of ultimate bearing capacity of the perforated steel plate connectors

摘要 基于7组不同的21个孔内不设贯通钢筋的开孔钢板连接件试件的极限承载力试验结果,采用有限元方法对连接件试件极限承载力进行了数值分析,分析中考虑了混凝土非线性因素的影响.与试验结果及现有公式计算结果进行比较,结果表明:现有的连接件承载力计算公式差异较大,非线性有限元法、HOSAIN、胡建华等公式的计算值与试验结果吻合较好,可供连接件设计参考. Based on the experiment of ultimate bearing capacity of 21 test samples composed of 7 different groups about perforated steel plate connectors without perforated rebar in the holes,finite element analysis of ultimate bearing capacity of the 21 test samples is accomplished considering the concrete non-linearity.There are large differences between the calculating formulas proposed by the specialists at home and abroad for the ultimate bearing capacity of perforated steel plate connectors in this paper.The results in this test are coincident with non-linear finite element analysis,Hosain's formula,Jianhua-Hu's formula,which provide a reference for the connector design.
