摘要
随着计算机和网络技术的普及和发展,相应产生的大量电子文件正在给我们的工作和生活带来巨大的变化,它与纸质文件的归档和管理截然不同,给传统的档案管理工作带来了严峻的挑战,我们迫切需要对电子文件的归档和归档后的电子档案进行规范、科学地管理。
Computer and network technology, the rapid popularization and development of a large number of generated electronic documents are to our work and life changed dramatically, with archive and manage paper documents completely different to the traditional file management posed a serious challenges, we urgently need to archive electronic documents and electronic files after archiving to regulate and scientific manage- ment.
