摘要
介绍了济钢采用微合金化设计、控轧、调质等工艺开发的高强度压力容器钢A517GrB。通过光学显微镜、透射电镜观察分析等实验手段,研究了回火温度对力学性能和组织的影响,结果表明:随回火温度的升高,组织发生相变、回复、再结晶、碳化物析出等过程,钢板的强度降低,韧性提高。最佳回火温度为670℃。
This article described the development of high strength pressure vessel plate A517GrB by microalloying design, controlled rolling and quenching and tempering.process technologies in Jigang. The influence of tempering tem- perature on microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated by means of various testing methods such as optical microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that with the increase of tempering temperature, phase transformation, reversion, recrystallization, carbide precipitation occurred in the mierostructure, the strength of steel plate was decreased and toughness of steel plate was increased. The optimal tempering temperature was 670℃.
