摘要
高等学校公用房是学校最重要的基础性资源之一,如何使这么重要的资源充分发挥其最大的经济效益和使用效益,已经成为近些年各高校房管部门努力攻克的一大难题。经过10多年的探索与尝试,认为改革原来的做法,变无偿为有偿使用公用房是解决此难题最好的出路之一。该文就实行公用房有偿使用过程中出现的新问题及解决问题的对策进行论述。
The public house in colleges and universities（hereinafter referred to as public housing） is the most important basic one of the resources for school： How to make such an important resource to fully maximize the potential economic and effective use in colleges and universities has become a major problem in recent years for overcoming the housing authority.After ten years of exploration,trying to find the original approach to reform（changing free of charge to paid use of public housing） is the best way to solve this problem.But the paid use of public housing will certainly face many new situations and problems.Based on the authors＇ own work experience,this paper discusses the implementation of compensation for the use of new problems arised in the process and problem-solving way.
