摘要
目的:找出高准确性高效率的小儿身份识别方法,完善手术室查对制度,保证手术室护理安全。方法:对80例3～7岁小儿手术患者随机分成两组,一组为常规手术室身份识别对照组,另一组为给患儿佩戴上橙色腕带的试验组,通过计算手术室巡回护士核对身份的时间和调查患儿家属的满意度来比较两组的效果。结果:试验组核对身份所用的时间明显小于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.001)。试验组患儿家属的满意度明显好于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:采用佩戴腕带及与家属共同进行患儿身份确认的方法在小儿手术患者身份识别中的应用是行之有效的。
Objective： To explore the more accurate and more efficient identification method of pediatric surgery patients.Methods： 80 pediatric surgery patients（3～7 years old） were randomly assigned to two groups.The children patients in experiment group were identified by wearing wristlets,another children in control group was identified by conventional operation procedures.The checking identity time and the satisfaction of children＇s family were surveyed and compared between two groups.Results： The checking time in experimental group was obviously less than that of control group.There was significant difference between two groups（P0.001）.The satisfaction of pediatric patients＇ family in experimental group was significantly better than that in control group.There was significant difference（P0.001）.Conclusion： The application of wristlets and children＇s family participating are effective in the identification of pediatric surgery patients.
