摘要
本文根据国内外的先进经验,结合我国的实际情况对灾害医学的慨念、特点、工作性质和范围进行了探讨,并结合我国灾害医学的现状提出相应的对策。
The concept,feature,work property and content of the disaster medicine have been approached according to the advanced experience both home and ahroad,combining with the practical situation in China.Also the corres-pon- ding countermeasures are proposed in combination with the present status in China.
