摘要
分析活塞压缩机非圆柱表面加工方法的优、缺点。依据型面加工原理,设计了加工非圆柱表面的夹具。使用该夹具无需对普通车床进行改装就可实现非圆柱表面的加工,且加工精度高。并给出了使用该夹具加工非圆柱面时的误差计算公式。
The advantages and disadvantages of the processing methods for non-cylindrical surface of piston compressor were analyzed.The fixture for non-cylindrical surface processing was designed based on the principle on surface processing.Using this fixture,the processing of non-cylindrical surface can be realized without modification of the ordinary lathe and the machining accuracy is improved.The error formula of non-cylindrical surface processing was derived.
