摘要
注重人文关怀是高校思想政治教育贯彻落实科学发展观的重要体现,也是切实提高大学生思想政治教育实效性的迫切需要。目前高校思想政治教育实践中普遍存在重共性发展,轻个性培养;重灌输教育,轻心理需求;重制度管理,轻情感关怀等缺少人文关怀理念的现象。因此,高校思想政治教育必须融入人文关怀理念,创新教育内容和形式,优化校园坏境,注重参与实践,多途径、全方位地实施人文关怀。
Emphasis on human care is not only an important manifestation of universities＇ ideological and political education implementing the scientific development concept, but also an urgent need to effectively improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education. The current practice of ideological and political education usually focuses on common development, overlooking personality development; emphasize indoctrination, overlooking psychological needs; emphasize system management, lacking emotional care and other phenomena reflecting the lack of humanistic care. Therefore, ideological and political education must be integrated into human care, innovate education content and form, ~ptimize the campus environment, pay attention to practice to implement human care in a multi-channel and all-around way.
