摘要
80后高校青年教师群体师德优劣并存、良莠不齐,因此师德养成教育必须遵循与经济社会发展相适应、与开展批评与自我批评和反思相结合、与教育教学实践相结合、与教师业务素质提高相结合、与榜样示范引导相结合原则,使他们学习了解师德内涵,着力提高师德认识;明确自己的师德特点,致知内省践行,逐步养成良好师德;学习借鉴外国有益做法,陶冶自身师德。
The quality of professional ethics of young teachers of 80's generation in colleges and universities is of different levels.In the process of cultivation,we should follow and adapt to the principle of combining professional ethic development with economic and social development,criticism and self-criticism and reflection,teaching and educational practice,enhancement of skill and competence of teachers,and model demonstration.This will enable young teachers to learn about the connotation of professional ethics and strive to improve awareness,to understand the characteristics of professional ethics and gradually improve it,and to learn from the experience of foreign countries to cultivate their own professional ethics.
