摘要
目的:建立乳癖通口服液微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用常规法对5种验证用菌株进行菌回收率及控制菌的验证试验。结果:验证实验中各类菌的回收率均大于70%。结论:经验证乳癖通口服液可以用常规法进行微生物限度检查。
Objective： To establish a method for determining microbial limits in Rupitong Oral Liquid. Methods： The general test method was determined by recovery rates with 5 validated bacterias and validated test of ＇the control bacterias. Results：The recovery rate of every bacteria was over 70% in validated test. Conclusion：The general test method is applicable to Rupitong Oral Liquid.
