摘要
目的 研究粘弹剂在严重外伤性虹膜根部离断修复手术中的作用。方法 将粘弹剂自对侧角膜缘穿刺口注入前房 ,靠其推力复位离断虹膜 ,分离虹膜后粘连 ,排出前房积血 ,手术中维持前方深度。结果 4例均得到良好修复 ,恢复了虹膜的解剖位置和瞳孔形态。结论 粘弹剂在严重外伤性虹膜根部离断的手术修复中 ,能起到保护眼部组织、简化手术、安全有效地处理并发症的作用。
Objective To study the effect of viscoelastics in the surgical repairment of severely traumatic iridodialysis.Methods By injecting viscoelastics into anterior chamber the iridodialysis was replaced,the iris conglutination and hyphema were dealed with easily.Results The iris and pupil were anatomically repaired successfully in 4 cases of severely iridodialysis.Conclusions The application of viscoelastics in severe iridodialysis surgery could simplify the operation,protect the tissue of the eye and effectively deal with other traumatic complications.
