摘要
目的 探讨视神经孔位在眼外伤X线检查中的应用价值。方法 2年来因眼外伤摄视神经孔位 3 2例 ,均在大型X线机电视监视下拍摄。结果 3 2例视神经孔位平片中发现视神经管骨折 12例占 3 7 5 % ;其中 9例合并眼眶骨折 ,3例为颅底骨折所致。结论 我们认为眼外伤摄取眼眶平片时 ,不应只摄眼眶的正侧位和切线位 ,还应摄取眼眶的斜位 ,即视神经孔位。视神经孔位应为眼外伤的常规投照位。
Objective To evaluate practical value of optic foramen view in the X ray examination of eye injury.Methods 32 cases of eye injury were taken X ray optic foramen view films,and the procedures were watched through the monitor of X ray machine. Results Through the 32 optic foramen view plain films,we found optic canal fractrue in 12 cases,among which 9 cases complicated with orbital fracture,3 cases caused by skull base fracture.Conclusions When orbital plain films are taken for the eye injury cases,optic foramen view should be routinely got,as well as front and tangential view.In a word.The optic foramen view should be a routine project position for eye injury cases.
