摘要
目的 研究食管癌组织nm23-H1基因表达及其与淋巴结转移的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测54例食管癌标本中nm23-H1基因的表达。结果 26例无淋巴结转移的食管癌中,有14例阳性表达,而在28例有淋巴结转移的食管癌中,13例阳性表达,两者无显著性差异。26例无淋巴结转移的食管癌中,nm23-H1基因的平均阳性表达率为396%,在28例有淋巴结转移的食管癌中,平均阳性表达率为172%,两者差异显著。结论 nm23-H1基因表达与否与食管癌的转移无关,但其表达水平的降低与食管癌的转移有关。
Objective To understand the relationship between the expression of nm23-H 1 gene and lymph node metastasis in the tissue of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Method The expression of nm23-H 1 protein was examined in 26 ESCC without lymph node metastasis and 28 with lymph node metastasis using immunohistochimical S-P method Results Fourteen of 26 ESCC without lymph node metastasis and 14 of 23 ESCC with lymph node metastasis were positive for nm23-H 1 staining while the nm23-H 1 protein average positive rates were 39.6% and in ESCC without lymph node metastasis and 17.2% in ESCC with lymph node metastasis respectively.Conclusion The expression was not correlated with lymph node metastasis,but reduced expression of nm23-H 1 gene was associated with lymph node metastasis.
