摘要
籼型光敏感核不育水稻在武昌自然光温条件下,具有两个育性转换临界期;其育性表现在受日照长度诱导的同时,温度也起着重要作用;温度对籼型光敏核不育水稻育性影响的敏感期在雌雄蕊原始体形成期至花粉母细胞减数分裂期;温度对花粉育性的影响没有明显的累加效应。
Using W6154S W6184S W6111S. W7415S. W6434S and W6417S as materials, Nongken 58S as acheck, the study on their fertility-tr- ansformation characteristics has beenmade in 1988-1989.The results showed that those Indica type photoperiod-sensitive genie male sterile lines have two critical periods of fertility-trans formation under the natural environ ment in Wuhan, about at the middle of July (the pollen Changing to sterile from fertile ). and the beginning of Sept. (the pollen Changing to fertile from sterile ) .Not Only the light length but also the temperature affected the fertility transformation. Temperature induction was di- fferent in various Indica type lines.The polle- us are sterile under 10 hours and higher temperature in Augest per day, but fertile under more than 13.75 hours and lower temperature per day in June. The sensitive stage of fertility transformation by temperature might be from pistil and stamen formation to Pollen Mother Cells meiosis. and it's effect isn't accumnlative.
