高师高专数学教育专业学生成就动机调查与分析

The Investigation of the Achievement Motivation of Students Majoring in Mathematics Education in Normal Colleges

摘要 成就动机的强弱影响个体潜在的能力与知识经验的发挥,也影响到人们对职业的选择。通过对高师高专数学教育专业大学生成就动机调查分析发现,高师高专数学教育专业大学生追求成功和合成动机无显著的性别差异,但在避免失败方面男女生有显著差异;追求成功、避免失败与合成动机均与数学专业课成绩、学业总成绩无显著差异;大一学生的成就动机略高于后两年的成就动机。在对高师高专数学教育专业大学生成就动机分析基础上,我们从四个方面提出了如何培养和激励大学生成就动机,同时结合当前就业形势,对高师高专数学教育课程设置和就业指导提出了中肯的建议。 The strength of the achievement motivation has different effects on an Individual's potential ability and use of his knowledge and experience.It can even influence people's occupation choice.By the analysis of the achievement motivation of the students majoring in mathematics education in normal colleges,we find that the students show no significant gender differences in success achieving and synthesis motivation,but there are significant differences in avoiding failure between boy and girl students;Success achieving,failure avoiding and synthesis motivation have no significant differences with the mathematics course grades and the general academic achievements;Achievement motivation of the freshmen is slightly higher than the sophomores and the juniors.Through the analysis of the achievement motivation of the students majoring in mathematics education in normal colleges,this paper discusses,from four aspects,how to train and motivate the students' achievement motivation,and also gives pertinent advice on course design and vocational guidance of the mathematics education in normal colleges according to the current employment situation.
