摘要
研究了不同类型水稻品种及其杂种的稻米品质,结果表明:5个稻米品质性状(垩 白米率,米粒长,米粒长/宽,直链淀粉含量及糊化温度)主要受亲本(尤其是母本)基因加性 效应的制约,亲本的GCA(一般配合力)可决定上述性状总变异的86.76~96.88%。除糊化温度 外,所有性状的GCA都与亲本本身的表现有密切关系。本文对两系法亚种间杂种优势利用中稻米 品质的改良等作了讨论。
The grain quality of different types of varieties (indica. japonica. javanica) and hybrids was studied. The results indicated that 5 grain quality characters,chalk rice percentages. the length. length/width,tke amylose content and gelatinization temperature were affected mainly by GCA effects of parents (especially of the S-line ) Since 86.73-96.88% of the variations in those grain quality characters of F2 seeds could be attributed to GCA of parents. and 50.33-72.09% to S-line.There was close relationship between the GCA for a character of a parent and the value of the character. (except for gelatinization temperature).
