摘要
在《侵权责任法》实施背景下,阐述对护理安全管理现实意义的基础上,分析临床护理中存在的未尽到合理的注意义务和未执行诊疗护理常规,未完善病历的全程质量监督机制,未完全履行护士的说明义务以保障患者的知情同意权,以及侵犯患者隐私权的行为,药品、消毒药剂、一次性医疗器械的管理欠规范等在《侵权责任法》对护理安全规定方面存在的问题,并提出相应对策。
With the implementation of Tort Liability Law and on the basis of explaining the practical significance of nursing safety management, the writers analyze all the problems of nursing safety regulations covered in Tort Liability Law, like the unfulfilled but reasonable duties of care and the unpracticed regulations of diagnosis, treatment and nursing, the unimproved mechanism of a whole process of quality supervision of medical records, the unimplemented duties of in- structions by the nurses for the sake of patients＇ right of informed consent, the actions against patients＇ right of privacy, the less regulated management of drugs, disinfectants, and disposable medical equipment.
