摘要
目的探讨负压封闭引流术(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)治疗慢性难愈合伤口的疗效。方法分析从2008年6月至2011年2月,应用VSD治疗慢性难愈合伤口患者29例,评价治疗前后的疼痛缓解情况及创面愈合情况。结果 VSD治疗慢性难愈合伤口疼痛缓解明显。23例创面明显改善,换药或植皮愈合,好转4例创腔缩小后行皮瓣转移术,无效2例,有效率为79.3%。结论 VSD治疗慢性难愈合伤口能促进创面愈合,有效缓解患者疼痛,经济实用。
Objective To investagate the effect of vacuum sealing drainage （VSD） on treatment of long period of unhealed wounds.Methods From June 2008 to February 2011,29 patients suffering from chronic unhealed wounds were received VSD treatment.The data of pain relief rate and wound healing rate were analyzed retrospectively.Results VSD showed obvious effect of pain relief for chronic wounds.23 patients made obvious improvement and recovered after dressing change or skin grafting.4 patients got wound narrow and recovered after flap transplantation.2 cases showed no effect.The effective rate was 79.3%.Conclusion VSD speeds up the chronic wounds healing and relieves pain effectively.It is economic and practical.
