摘要 温度是诱导W6154S育性转换的主要因素。在长沙地区不育与可育转换的临界日平均温度为26.5℃;温度诱导育性转换的敏感期为花粉母细胞减数分裂期。当日平均温度高于26.5℃时,花粉发育走向败育,表现为不育;在24℃以下时,多数花粉发育正常,表现为可育;在24~26.5℃之间时,部分花粉发育正常,部分花粉走向败育,表现为部分可育。 Temperature is the leading factor inducing fertility transformation of W6154S in Changsha region, the critical daily mean temperature inducing fertility transformation is 26.5℃, and the sensitive period during which temperature induces fertility transformation is meiosis of pollen mother cells. When the daily mean temperature is over 26.5℃, the pollens become abortive and sterility is exhibited. When the daily mean temperature is below 24℃, most of the pollens grow normally. and fertility is exhibited. When the daily mean temperature is between 24℃ and 26.5℃,a part of pollens grow normally and other part of pollens become abortive, and partial fertility is exhibited.
