摘要
高职院校开展党的基本知识教育具有十分重要的意义,但其教育对象特殊、优秀师资不足及教育的非课程化设置,使得其开展的效果不够理想。高职院校应把学校党建工作与人才培养工作相结合,积极探索大学生党的基本知识教育创新,努力实现党的基本知识教育资源最优化、教育培训全程化和教育形式多样化,认真培养中国特色社会主义事业的合格建设者和可靠接班人。
The paper argues that ideology education in higher vocational colleges should integrate the Party construction and talent development through creating new and effective instructional methods for the Party＇s theory in order to optimize educational resources, boost full process training and diversify instructional modes
