摘要
随着高师教育改革的深入,无论是师范院校转型还是综合性大学开设师范专业,师范生的培养逐渐进入综合大学环境中。如何保留学生的师范特性成为教师教育专业发展的关键问题,师范生实践技能的培养成为一个良好的途径和保障。试图通过改革师范生实践技能培养的模式,结合温州大学的实践,来探讨师范生培养的新思路。
With the deepening reform of higher teacher education, whether normal colleges or comprehensive universities having established the teacher education majors, normal student gradually integrated into the comprehensive university environment. How to keep student＇s normal features is the key issues in the professional development of teacher education. Normal students＇ practical skills have been a good way and supporting measure. The paper is an attempt to reform the training mode of students practical skills, combined with the practice of Wenzhou university, to explore the new ideas of normal students development.
