摘要
目的加强放疗中心医院感染管理,预防与控制放疗患者的医院感染发生率。方法建立健全组织管理体系,制定落实各项规章制度;加强医院感染知识培训,提高医技人员医院感染防护意识;加强医院环境卫生的消毒和检测,严格执行无菌操作技术、消毒隔离制度;加强病员管理,把医院感染的控制贯穿于整个放疗活动中。结果有效地减少了放疗患者的医院感染发生率。结论预防和控制医院感染是保证医疗质量和医疗安全的一项非常重要的工作。
Objective To strengthen the management of hospital-acquired infections in order to prevent and control its incidence rate in patients of the department of radiotherapy center. Methods Establish and perfect the highly effective organization and the management system,develop and carry out the rules and regulations;strengthen the training of the knowledge of hospital-acquired infections;elevate the protection awareness of stuffs in the Department of Radiotherapy Center,strictly perform asepsis technique as well as disinfection and isolation system;intensify patient management,run the system of controlling hospital-acquired infection through the whole process of radiotherapy. Results Effectively reduce the incidence of hospital-acquired infections. Conclusion Strengthen the management of hospital-acquired infections is a quite important work.
