MK-801对大鼠感染性脑水肿的保护作用及机制探讨

A STUDY ON THE PROTECTIVE EFFECT AND ITS MECHANISM OF MK-801 ON INFECTIVE ENCEPHALEDEMA OF RATS

摘要 目的 :了解MK - 80 1对大鼠感染性脑水肿是否具有保护作用及可能的作用机制。方法 :ELISA法与Griess法分别测大鼠感染性脑水肿模型脑组织匀浆中IL - 1β、TNFα和NO含量。结果 :MK - 80 1预处理后能显著降低PB组大鼠的脑含水量、钠离子含量、IL - 1β、TNFα及NO含量 ,增加钾离子含量。结论 :MK - 80 1对大鼠感染性脑水肿有保护作用。其作用机制可能是通过阻断NMDA受体后 ,减少IL - 1β。 Objective:To investigate the protective effect and its possible mechanism of action infective encephaledema of rats.Methods:Thecontents of IL-1B,TNFa and NO in the brain tissue homogenate of the rat model of infective encephaledema were measured by the methods of ELISA and Griess respectively.Results:The pretreatment of MK-801 could significantly reduce the cerebral content of water,sodion,IL-1B,TNFa and NO,significanly increase potassium ion all together. Conclusions:MK-801 acts the part of protection on infective encephaledema of rats.The possible mechanism of action may lie in decreasing the production of IL-1B,TNFa and NO after having blocked NMDA receptor.
