摘要
使用ＣＯ２诱导水稻颖花整齐地开放，去除不育系未开颖以及柱头来外露的颖花，授粉于外露柱头，以其结实率来衡量柱头活力；定时将裂药后的花粉散落于马铃薯培养基上，镜检花粉的发芽率。结果表明；不育系颖花外露柱头的生活力能维持３一４天，但以当天和第二天的活性为最高；恢复系开花后残留在花药中的花粉萌发力仍能维持３小时之久。
After the spikelets were induced with CO2 gas treatment,they opened uniformly,and the viabilities of stigmata and pollens of parental plants of rice were inspected. The spikelets which did not flower or the stigmata which did not exsert were removed. Those exserted stigmata were band-pollinated,and the viability of the stigmata was measured by counting the grain percentage.The pollen grains were shed on the culture medium of potato at the fixed time intervals after anther dehiscence,and their percentage of germination were examined with microscope. The results indicated that the viability of those exserted stigmata of the male-sterile line could be maintained for three or four days, but the stigmata of the first and the second days after flowering had highest viability However, the germination ability of pollen grains which remained in anthers could be maintained for more than three hours.
