摘要
本文首先简要介绍了国务院批复建设的“中关村科技园区”的概念和内涵 ,剖析了中关村地区发展高科技产业的良好基础和巨大潜力 ;结合高科技产业发展的客观要求和基本现状 ,分析了中关村科技园区发展的主要障碍 ;根据建设世界一流科技园区的目标和国际化、市场化的要求 ,研究提出了加快中关村科技园区建设的改革政策和实施措施等建议。
Firstly this paper introduces in brief the concept and implication of the construction of Zhongkuancun S &T Park that has been approved by the State Council.It analyses the profound foundation and immense potentialities of the Zhongkuancun District in developing high S &T industries.In combining with the objective requirements and existing state of affairs,it analyses the main barriers in the development of Zhongkuancun S &T Park.Basing on the goal of coustructing the world firstrated S&T park and the requirements of internationalization and marketization,it puts forth the suggestions on the reform policies and implementing measures for accelerating the consturction of Zhongkuancun S &T Park.
