摘要
本文采用国际R&D溢出回归方法,利用中国省际面板数据实证分析了进口贸易渠道的R&D溢出对各省全要素生产率增长和技术进步的影响。实证研究显示,整体来看,国际R&D资本显著地促进了各省全要素生产率增长和技术进步;但是其影响存在明显的地区差异:促进了东部地区省份的全要素生产率增长和技术进步,对中西部地区省份却起了阻碍作用。实证研究还发现,国内其他省份R&D资本对省份全要素生产率和技术进步的影响皆为负值。因此,加强各省之间的交流与合作,协调各省产业结构,调整中西部地区的贸易结构,加强与欧美等研发投入比重高的发达国家之间的双边贸易,成为当前促进全要素生产率增长和技术进步的必然选择。
Using the method of international R&D spillover regressions, based on Chinese provinces' panel data, this paper estimates the different effect on international R&D spillover to Total Factor Productivity and technology progress. The result shows that as a whole, international R&D spillover has improved Chinese provinces' TFP and technology progress, but the effect is different: the effect of international R&D spillover to TFP and technology progress is positive in the East, but negative in the Midwest. At the same time, it is found that to a given province, other provinces' R&D blocks the development of TFP and technology progress. So, it is suggested to strengthen the communication and cooperation of provinces, to attach more importance to trade with the countries owning a high proportion of R&D to GDP.
