摘要
坚持以人为本,是科学发展观的核心内容。坚持以人为本,就是要尊重人的价值和尊严,维护人权平等,注重人的个性发展。从人与自然关系的角度出发,还要把人类的生存价值作为终极关怀纳入其中。这是在更全面、更合理的意义上对人的主体性原则的一种肯定、完善和深化,它内涵着生态伦理思想,是对现代人类中心主义的扬弃与超越。
Upholding ＂people first＂ principle is the core of Scientific Outlook on Development.＂People first＂is just equal to respecting people′s values and esteem,safeguarding equity of human rights and attaching importance to individual development.It also includes regarding the value of people′s survival as the ultimate care,if viewed from the man-nature relationship.It is actually a more comprehensive and reasonable confirmation,perfection as well as deepening of the principle of people′s subjectivity,connotating the thought of ecological ethics and serving as sublation and perfection of modern anthropocentrism.
