摘要
车辆运输船具有载荷预报难度大、结构设计复杂和强度要求高的特点。以一艘大型车辆运输船为研究对象,对整船分析过程中的主要关键技术问题进行了研究,包括:车辆运输船整船建模原则和方法、船舶运动惯性加速度和惯性角加速度的直接计算、海水波浪动压力直接预报、整船结构强度分析和局部结构细化计算等。借助于PATRAN/NASTRAN、SEASAM和中国船级社(CCS)的专用水动力软件,采用动态载荷直接计算法(DLA),使整船模型自动处于平衡状态。对目标船进行了整船强度直接计算,进一步对局部应力集中区域进行了详细结构细化分析。
Serving as a special ship for transporting car and truck, the car carrier has complex structure and requires high strength. Key technologies for the whole ship structure analysis of large car carrier are researched; for example, model building technique of whole ship structure, dynamic load approach of wave pressure and inertia acceleration, structure analysis of whole ship and detailed analysis of partial structure. The whole ship model keeps balance automatically by using of PATRAN/NASTRAN, SEASAM and special hydro tool software in China classification society (CCS). Then a fine analysis of local stress concentration zone is carried out.
