摘要
从"场"理论视角,通过对高校阳光体育运动"场域"的关系性解构和学理性分析认为:理顺"外场"行政管理机制,健全"外场"法规制度、评价体系和监督机制,建立"内场"组织协同机制,完善"内场"物质、人才保障机制,完善"内场"考核激励机制,是高校"阳光体育运动"可持续发展的长效机制。
From the aspect of ＂Field＂ Theory, the authors of this article paper have made an effort to acquire a relationship construction and a theoretical analysis of Sunshine Sports in colleges and universities. The study has thus got the following results： on one hand, straightening out the ＂Out - field＂ adminis- trative system and perfecting its laws and regulations, evaluation system and supervision mechanism;on the other hand, constructing ＂In- field＂ organization and coordination mechanism, perfecting its guarantee mechanism for materials and talents, and perfecting its evaluation and motivation mechanisms. Only by combining the above measures for ＂OUt - field＂ and ＂In - field＂ can colleges and universities maintain the long - term mechanism of Sunshine Sports in a sustainable way.
