摘要
以连翘为试验材料,研究高温胁迫对连翘细胞SOD活性的影响。研究发现,在12~24h范围内,高温胁迫时间越久,胁迫温度越高,连翘叶片的SOD活性上升的越显著,高温胁迫时间与连翘细胞SOD正相关,相关系数为0.876。
Euonymus Weeping Forsythia as experimental materials aimed to study effect of high temperature stress on SOD activity.The results showed that range of 12 to 24 hours,the longer heat stress,the higher temperature,SOD increased more significantly.Heat stress time and SOD was positively correlated,correlation coefficient was 0.876.
