摘要
随着我国高速公路建设的持续快速发展以及信息技术的不断进步,针对高速公路机电系统设备维护管理现状,提出了基于资产"全生命周期"的事前、事中、事后3个阶段协同工作基础上的高速公路机电系统资产管理模式,以期更有效地加强高速公路机电系统设备风险的管理与控制,并在此基础上阐述了软件功能需求分析、软件架构设计、关键技术以及软件实现等几个方面。资产管理软件的实现对高速公路设备资产管理起到了明显的效果。
In view of the present situation of maintenance management of highway mechanical and electrical equipment in China,an assets management mode based on cooperative working in the three stages of asset "life cycle" is proposed,to have more effective management and control of risk for the equipment of highway mechanical and electrical system.On this basis,software demand analysis and structure design,key technologies and software implementations are elaborated.An obvious benefit for highway assets management has been gotten by realization of the assets management software.
