摘要
苏联政治体制改革失败的根源是盲目推崇西方发达国家的现代政治制度,其教训主要有:不能一味套用西方发达国家的现有模式;战略上不能多头并进;策略上应首选可控和难度相对较小的改革举措;更重要的是做好前期基础性工作。
The blind worship of the modern political system of western developed countries is the root to the failure of the reform of the Soviet political system.The main lessons ： not to apply mechanically the existing mode of developed western countries;not to move forward in various directions at the same time and to take the controllable and less difficult reform act as the first choice in strategy;and the top priority is to make out the preliminary foundation.
