排气弯管结构参数对回流环形燃烧室出口温度分布的影响 被引量:2

The Influence of Geometric Parameters of Transition Duct on Exit Pattern Factor of Reverse Flow Annular Combustor

摘要 本文采用标准k-ε湍流模型进行弯管准三维轴对称和三维数值模拟,研究弯管几何结构对回流环形燃烧室出口温度分布的影响。结果表明,弯管中心轴线长度和进出口面积收敛比对出口温度分布有重要的影响,压力损失系数的影响次之。得到了弯管进出口温度分布系数的比值与压力损失系数、无量纲中心轴线长度和进出口面积收敛比的函数关系,所得结果可为满足出口温度分布系数的回流环形燃烧室排气弯管结构的优化设计提供有用的依据。 The standard k-ε turbulence model is used to study the influence of geometric parameters of transition duct on the exit pattern factor of reverse annular combustor,both for quasi-three-dimension and three-dimension.The results show that,the length of central axis and the area ratio between inlet and outlet of transition duct are of paramount importance on the exit pattern factor of combustor,the effect of pressure-loss factor on exit pattern factor is less important.Furthermore,the correlation between ratio of pattern factor from inlet to outlet of the transition duct and pressure-loss factor,dimensionless length of central axis,area ratio between inlet and outlet of the duct is obtained.The results can be used to guide the design of transition duct of reverse flow annular gas turbine combustors in which exit pattern factor can be satisfying.
