摘要
以黄浦江上游水源地突发柴油污染为背景,模拟上海松浦原水厂工艺,进行中试研究,重点考察了围隔/吸油棉拦截、粉末活性炭(PAC)吸附对突发油污染源水的实际处理效能.结果表明:针对超标倍数5、10、50和100倍的突发油污染,围隔与吸油棉具有较好的去除效果.5、10倍的油污染水平下,围隔和吸油棉可近100%的拦截柴油;而50倍和100倍污染水平下,经围隔和吸油棉处理后剩余6倍和10倍.高超标倍数油污染经围隔和吸油棉拦截后,投加粉末活性碳(PAC)可使出水接近标准值.超标50倍,投加5 mg/L PAC,调压池出水平均浓度为0.18 mg/L,剩余柴油浓度超标3.60倍,柴油总去除率为92.7%;当PAC投加量增至15mg/L时调压池出水降至0.05 mg/L,达到标准限值.柴油超标100倍,PAC投加量30 mg/L时,调压池出水平均浓度0.07 mg/L,接近标准限值,柴油总去除率达98.7%.中试结果表明:围隔和吸油棉拦截、PAC吸附是水源水突发油污染的有效应急措施.
Simulating the water treatment process in Shanghai Songpu raw water plant, the pilot-scale test is investigated on the emergency treatment efficiencies of diesel by cofferdam, cofferdam/oil-absorptive cotton and powder activated carbon (PAC) adsorption, in the background of diesel pollution suddenly occurring in Huangpu upriver source water. The experiment results show that : The cofferdam and oil-absorptive cotton could well remove the diesel oil when the initial diesel concentration exceeds standard value 5,10,50,and 100 times. The cofferdam and oilabsorptive cotton could remove the 100% diesel when the initial diesel concentration exceeds standard value 5, 10 times. To the initial diesel concentration exceed standard value 50, 100 times, the cofferdam and the cotton could remove diesel till exceed standard value 6,10 times. PAC can enhance the removal rate of diesel notably. After intercepted by cofferdam and oil-absorptive cotton, the initial diesel concentration with 50 times of standard value can be decreased to below 3.6 times with the effluent concentration of 0.18 mg/L and the removal rate of 92.7% by adding 5 mg/L PAC, and can be decreased to 0.05 mg/L and reaches the standard value by adding 15 mg/L PAC. When the initial concentration exceeds standard value 100 times, 95.7% diesel is removed by adding 30 mg/L PAC, and the diesel concentration of effluent is 0.07 mg/L, near the standard value.
