摘要
目的:研究聚花荚蒾叶、叶柄及茎的显微特征,为鉴别和进一步研究开发提供依据。方法:采用石蜡切片法观察茎、叶、叶柄的解剖结构,并进行数码照相。结果:详细描述了聚花荚蒾原植物特征、明确了其茎、叶、叶柄的显微鉴别特征。结论:此研究结果可为聚花荚蒾的鉴别、质量评价及进一步开发利用提供依据。
Objective：Lnvestigate the microscopic characteristics of the leaf,petiole and stem,in order to identify and provide the basis for further research and development of Viburnum glomeratum.Methods：Paraffin sections technology and Digital photomicrography were used for anatomy characteristics observation of stems,leaves and petiole.Results：A detailed description of features for the original plant and its stems,leaves,petioles microscopic identification were reported.Conclusion：The results provided a basis for identification,quality assessment and further development and utilization of Viburnum glomeratum.
