诱发突变与水稻杂种优势利用

摘要 本文介绍了突变育种的发展简史及近年来的成就,总结了突变育种的主要特点及应用技术。对诱发突变在水稻杂种优势利用中的可行性及潜在作用作了详细阐述,它能创造新的雄性不育突变体,改造现有恢复系的不利性状,改进品质和创造新的特殊性状的基因。 The paper introduced the development and achives of mutation breeding concisely about china and foreign, and summarized the traits of the induced mutation and the experiencesfo mutation breeding. The paper thinks that the induced mutation is a tool of crop improving and germplasm creating, It is should used fully research in hybrid rice. Writer thinks that the two methods-the induced mutatiom and the heterosis utilization. in rice, should closely combine in improvement and breading on the rice. It is may create the mutants on the cytoplasm male sterile and the gene male sterile, improve the restorer lines, 'stable' hybrid heterosis in rice and raise the good grain quality by induced mutation. It has still a brilliant future, since its potential fof using mutation tool has not becnfully developdep.
