摘要
研究目的:铁路房屋建筑作为交通运输房屋,功能繁多、空间复杂、人员流动量大,耗能量大,给节能设计工作带来一定的困难。本项研究针对铁路房屋功能划分和耗能状况,重点对工业建筑(检修库)不同围护结构热工参数进行模拟分析,并且对厂房热压自然通风热环境作分析,提出建筑节能设计中应采用的建筑节能策略。研究结论:在建筑设计中应采用整体观的节能策略,将被动式节能与主动式节能结合起来,并通过改变进风条件、工艺布置及采取隔热、机械送风等降温措施,使铁路系统房屋最终建成建筑的能耗大大降低。
Research purposes: The railway building architecture as the traffic building with the multiple functions, the complex space, the big energy consumption and the going and coming of so many people has the difficulties in energy - saving. Based on the analysis of the classification of the functions of railway building and the situation of the energy consumption, the simulation analysis of the thermotechnical parameters of the space enclosing structure of the industrial architecture (repair workshop)is made, also the analysis of the heat environment of the workshop building under the heat pressing natural ventilation is made and the energy - saving tactics of the architecture is offered for the energy - saving design of the architecture.architecture and the passive energy - saving should be combined with active energy - saving. The energy consumption of the railway building can be much cut by improving the ventilation condition and processing set - up, and taking measures of the heat insulation and machinery blowing - in.
