摘要
利用差示扫描量热(DSC)研究线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和LLDPE/煤粉复合材料的非等温结晶行为,并用Jeziorny法和Mo法对所得的数据进行动力学分析,采用Kissinger法和Takhor法得到迁移活化能。结果表明,Jeziorny法和Mo法能够较好地处理非等温结晶过程。用Jeziorny法处理得到煤粉加入基体后,(To-Tp)、t1/2均明显增大,即LLDPE的结晶速率大于LLDPE/煤粉,Avrami指数n在1.23-1.87之间变化。用Mo法得出的结论与Jeziorny法一致,b值在0.98-1.55之间变化。煤粉含量为5%时LLDPE的活化能降低,煤粉在结晶过程中起到异相成核作用;煤粉含量为10%时,LLDPE的活化能升高,煤粉的异相成核作用不明显。
Nonisothermal crystallization behavior of linear low-density polyethylene(LLDPE) and LLDPE /coal blend was investigated by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Jeziorny and Mo method were used to analyze the data of DSC.The activation energies have been evaluated by Kissinger and Takhor method.The results show Jeziorny and Mo method can describe this system very well.The values of(To-Tp)and t1/2 show the crystallization rate of LLDPE is faster than that of LLDPE/coal,the value of n changes from 1.23 to 1.87.The conclusion of Mo's was same as that of Jeziorny's,the value of b changes from 0.98 to 1.55.The addition of 5% coal decreases the activation energy of LLDPE,which can be used as heterogeneous nucleation during nonisothermal crystallization process of LLDPE.The activation energy of LLDPE is increased and heterogeneous nucleation is not obvious for LLDPE with coal loading of 10%.
