摘要
以乙二胺四乙酸二钠为络合剂,以硝酸铈和氟硼酸钾为原料,采用微波法快速制备出形貌和尺寸均匀的CeF3纳米扁球体,分别采用XRD、TEM、SEM、UV-vis及PL等对产品进行了表征。实验结果表明,所得到的CeF3样品属于六方晶相,一些反应参数如络合剂的用量以及不同的氟源等对最终产品的形貌和尺寸都有明显的影响,初步探讨了CeF3纳米扁球体的形成机理。缓慢的成核过程有利于CeF3晶核逐渐生长成扁平状的纳米粒子,随后扁平状纳米粒子在络合剂的诱导作用下按照一定方式聚集最终形成CeF3纳米扁球体。
CeFa oblate nanospheres with uniform morphologies and sizes were synthesized by a quick microwave method using ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid disodium as complexing reagent and Ce(NOa )3 and KBE, as raw materials. The products were respectively characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, UV-vis and PL. The experimental results indicate that the obtained CeF3 products are hexagonal phase and some parameters such as the amount of complexing reagent and different fluoride sources have obvious effect on the morphologies and sizes of the final products. The formation mechanism of the CeFa oblate nanospheres is preliminarily presented. The slow nucleation process is favorable to gradual formation of oblate CeF3 nanoparticles which are aggregated in a certain way by means of inducing action of complexing reagent and finally grow into oblate nanospheres.
