摘要
采用镇江市三新建设科技公司研制的粉煤灰增强固化剂(JNS-1型),对粉煤灰进行了固化处理,同时对其固化的粉煤灰的路用性能进行了系统的试验研究。首先,进行了JNS-1固化剂固化粉煤灰的最佳配合比筛选试验,在此基础上进行了最佳配合比条件下JNS-1固化粉煤灰的无侧限抗压强度、间接抗拉强度、室内回弹模量、冻稳定性、水稳定性、干缩性、温缩性和疲劳强度等路用性能指标方面的试验研究,得出JNS-1固化粉煤灰具有早期强度和回弹模量高、较好的抗弯拉性能、冻稳定性能、水稳定性能、抗疲劳性能和较低的收缩性能的结论,可以作为路面基层材料在道路工程中进行使用。
The reinforcing agent for the fly ash which is researched and made by San Xin Construction and Technology corporation in Zhenjiang city is adopted to solidified the fly ash,and the pavement performance of the fly ash solidified with reinforcing agent JNS-1 is systematically researched.At first,the optimum ratio of mixture of the fly ash blended with solidified agent JNS-1 is dressed by screening,on the basis of which the research on the pavement performance of the fly ash blended with solidified agent JNS-1 which includes unconfined compressive strength and indirect tensile strength and resilience modulus and frost stability and water stability and drying shrinkage and temperature shrinkage and fatigue strength is taken on in the condition of the optimum ratio of mixture,and the conclusion is drawn on that the fly ash solidified with reinforcing agent JNS-1 has the properties of high initial strength and high resilience modulus and anti-flexural and better frost stability and fair water stability and well anti-fatigue ability and lower shrinkage ability,and it may be used as the base material of pavement in the highway.
