摘要
【目的】探讨换箱孵化对黄沙鳖人工孵化的影响,为规模化饲养黄沙鳖提供充足鳖苗奠定基础。【方法】在室内自然温度条件下,以河沙作为孵化介质,采取中途换箱的方法(分别将孵化至第15、20、25、30d的黄沙鳖受精卵从原孵化箱搬到另一孵化箱)对黄沙鳖卵进行换箱孵化对比试验。【结果】换箱孵化的孵化率比不换箱孵化均有所提高,其中以黄沙鳖卵孵化至第20~25d时进行换箱的孵化率较高(90.0%~91.7%),比不换箱的孵化率(81.7%)提高了约10个百分点。而且换箱孵化的孵化介质干净、清洁度高、透气性好、异味较小,无结块、霉变、病菌感染现象,鳖苗出壳较快、时间较同步,孵化率较高,获得的稚鳖个体健壮、摄食早、生长较快、成活率较高。【结论】在黄沙鳖卵孵化过程中,孵化20~25d后进行换箱,把发育良好的受精卵搬到另一个备好相同温、湿度孵化介质的孵化箱内,确保黄沙鳖卵在卫生、透气的环境中孵化,可有效提高其孵化率,且可操作性强、工作量小、经济实惠,可在广大农村推广应用。
[Objective]The present experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of box-changing on hatching of Truogx sinensis spawn to provide a plenty of young Truogx sinensis for its raising on a large scale.[Method]Under indoor natural temperature,the river sand was used as raising medium,and the hatching box was changed duing raising.The fertilized ovum in original box was transferred to another hatching box after hatching for 15,20,25 and 30 days,respectively.[Result]The hatching rate of ovum treated with box changing was higher than that of treatment without box changing,especially for those fertilized ovum transferred to another box after hatching for 20-25 days,and the hatching rate was 90.0-91.7%,which increased by about 10 percentage points.The medium in box changing was clear,highly clean and permeable,low peculiar smell,no packing and mild change and pathogen infection,and the Truogx sinensis quickly grew out of shell in steps and the young Truogx sinensis showed strong health,early ingestion and higher survival rate.[Conclusion]In the hatching process of Truogx sinensis ovum,the well-developed fertilized ovum was transferred to another box with same temperature and humidity after hatching for 20-25 days,it can ensure Truogx sinensis ovum hatch in a healthy and ventilating environment to increase the hatching rate,and this method has strong operability and less labour cost,therefore,it can be extended and recommended in rural areas.
