摘要
家族企业不仅是一种经济现象,也是一种具有丰富伦理文化内涵的社会文化现象。家庭伦理作为家族企业中非经济的文化因素,对企业责任产生着深刻而持久的影响。通过中国传统家庭伦理对家族企业责任影响的分析及对潮汕地区家族企业伦理的个案剖析,更能探究家族企业责任失范的伦理致因,从而寻找出克服责任失范的途径和方法。
The family enterprise is not only an economic phenomenon,but also a social-cultural phenomenon well loaded with ethical culture.As a non-economic cultural factor,family ethics has a profound and permanent influence on the enterprise duties.An analysis of the influence of the traditional family ethics on the family enterprise duties and a case study of the family enterprise in the Chaoshan area will shed light on the ethical reasons of the anomaly of the family enterprise duties and lead to solutions to the problem.
