摘要
采用75%的乙醇提取经乙醚脱脂的蕨菜粉末,提取液回收乙醇后以石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇依次萃取粗分段,硅胶柱层析、乙酸乙酯-甲醇系统对乙酸乙酯部位梯度洗脱,对其乙酸乙酯洗脱部分反复凝胶柱层析获得2个黄酮单体,分别鉴定为紫云英苷(1)、芦丁(2),其中化合物1为首次从蕨菜中分离得到。
The power of Pteridium aquilinum(L.) Kuhn degreased by ethylether of P. aquilinum was extracted by 75% aqueous ethanol three times at 80℃. The concentrated dark-brown residue was suspended in small excess of water and then partitioned by petroleum ether, chloroform, acetoacetate, n-butanol, separately. The extract of the acetoacetate was chromatographied on silica gel with acetoacetate-methyl gradiently. The acetoacetate part was then successfully subjected to a Sephadex LH 20 column with aqueous MeOH and yielded two flavonoids (1,2). The structures were elucided as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(=astragalin,1), which was isolated from P. aquilinum for the first time, and rutin(2)on the basis of their spectrometry data.
