摘要
介绍了数字城市的基本概念,阐述了数字城市的总体框架,结合实际工作经验,重点论述了在数字城市建设过程中所遇到的各种问题以及应对这些问题的对策,并以数字临沂为成功案例做了分析介绍。对目前全国各地开展的数字城市建设工作具有一定的指导和借鉴意义。
The paper introduces the primary conception of the digital city and elaborates the overall framework of the digital city.Based on the experience of practical work,the author emphasizes various problems that are met in the construction of the digital city and puts forward the countermeasures by which the problems will be solved.The successful case of the digital Linyi is analyzed and presented.There are many instructional and reference significance for the digital city construction which are being carried out at present in the whole country.
